VISITATION RULES

1.       Show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses)

2.       Conduct and wait for a negative Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) prior to entry. Ensure the 15-min timer is utilised.

3.       Only two (2) fully COVID vaccinated visitors aged 12 years and over, plus two children aged under 12 years per resident/per day

4.       Visitors are strongly encouraged to receive the 2022 seasonal flu vaccine

5.       All visitors must wear a surgical mask over their nose and mouth at ALL times.

6.       All visits should take place in an outdoor area, if possible. Speak to Management if this is not possible.

DO NOT ENTER FAIRMONT IF YOU ARE UNWELL or if the following applies:

·           You have COVID symptoms – fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of taste, loss of smell, fatigue, headache, diarrhoea, nausea

·           You are a household or close contact. In this instance you must not visit a RACF for at least 7 days after the last person in the house had a positive COVID-19 test. You should stay away for an additional 7 days!!!

·           You are awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test
