Fairmont NSW Pty Ltd has been approved by the Australian Government (an “approved provider”) and has an allocation of “places” in respect of care recipients occupying Fairmont Aged Care Centre. Fairmont Aged Care Centre is fully accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency (the Agency). Approval as a provider of aged care under the Act

Under the Act, Fairmont NSW Pty Ltd has gained approval as a provider of aged care and its proposed key personnel, such as directors, board members and service managers have been assessed by the Department as suitable to provide aged care.

The facility is a short walk (some 300 metres to the Bexley Shopping Strip). The facility is in close access to Community Centres, leisure centres, clubs, theatre and library. Most services are brought into the facility due to the acuity of the residents. Access by Public Transport is a train to Rockdale station and a bus from Rockdale station stopping directly outside the facility.
